I know what a real project looks like from the inside: deadlines shift, requirements change halfway, and “just one small thing” turns into a week. That's why I start with structure — a clear plan, a brief and honest timing.
You see progress every week: prototypes, design screens, a test link. No “it'll be ready someday”.
Every project is design + code by one person, so nothing gets lost between a designer and a developer: the layout works exactly like the mockup.
I don't disappear after launch — I stay close: fixes, updates, new features. Less chaos, more control.
